For more than 20 years, Jenni Volk has been practicing Estate Planning, and probate and estate administration. Clients often applaud her for being accessible, reliable, and effective. Jenni was born and raised in Bellingham, and then had the pleasure of living in eastern Washington while attending Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington’s most prestigious collegiate institution. As a liberal arts college, Whitman provided Jenni with a solid foundation to become a successful, well-rounded attorney with excellent writing skills and creative problem-solving abilities. Jenni went on to graduate at the top of her class from Seattle University School of Law.
Although the subject of death can be delicate, Jenni enjoys creating peace of mind for her clients in knowing that their loved ones will be taken care of upon their passing. Jenni’s friends and family have always considered her a proficient “planner”, so Estate Planning is truly a natural fit.
Jenni is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and co-founder of the Washington First Responder Will Clinic. She has been recognized by Gil Kerlikowske as well as Washington state leaders and has been presented with awards by the Washington State Bar Association for her dedication to pro bono work and her support of Estate Planning for first responders.
Jenni currently lives in Seattle with her family and her stubborn English Bulldog, “Champ.” In her free time, you’ll find Jenni hosting dinner parties and trying new restaurants, playing competitive tennis (2nd place finish at USTA Nationals in 2022!), and planning her family’s next travel adventure.
