Client Needs Consultant - Kennewick

Position:

Are you already an established bona fide sales professional? Or maybe someone with a considerable mixed customer service / sales background who has the desire to grow into a fully established sales pro? Do you have a growth mindset and do you embrace and tackle challenges head-on that others shy away from? Does making a real difference in the lives of people you serve matter to you in what you do day to day? If so, we have a unique position available on our team that may fit who you are and reward you well for what you do best.

We are looking for a candidate to fill a Client Needs Consultant role in our Tri-Cities office. It’s an inside sales job at its core where you are the point person meeting with potential new clients and beginning their relationship with the firm

What kind of background / skill sets / experience will have success in this role? 

A track record of success in a variety of different sales roles will be a leg up:

  • Roles that include: Relationship Manager, Accounts Manager, Business Development roles, Closing roles (especially in the Finance or Real Estate industries), Portfolio Managers, and/or any Sales role that is based around a Consultative Sales Process/Approach
  • Success in industries such as Insurance, Banking or Private Client Management, roles in the Financial Services/Investment industry can translate very well into this position

You’ll be meeting with potential new clients to talk about the most important things in their lives: their families, their assets, their health, etc. & asking them to entrust all that to our firm = being good at selling ideas/intangible things you can’t “put your hands on” is the key skill you want to bring to the table.

  • Well established Ratings on important Law Firm/Attorney Rating sources clients seek out  + Prominent placement in Organic Online Search & 5 Star Reviews 
  • A Senior Consultant who will provide hands-on extended/ongoing training to help with the  onboarding/launch of this position in the Tri-Cities 
  • Weekly teamwide training concentrated personal and professional development A firm culture rooted in the pursuit of excellence, dedication to growth and being kind and  considerate to our clients & respects diverse views within the team
  • 16+ years of client base referrals repeatedly coming in

Main Job Functions and Attributes for Success in the Role:

  • Following up on company-generated warm leads via telephone or electronically,
  • Meeting with potential new clients to assess needs
  • Generating interest in our firm’s services to address those needs
  • Offering / demonstrating appropriate solutions & Closing on hiring decision
  • Obtaining signed fee agreements
  • Identifying potential new markets and following up to achieve new business opportunities 
  • Initiating regular and systematic telephone follow-up of clients and maintaining records using a CRM system. Working Knowledge/Experience with CRM systems is required
  • A proven track record with consistent Over-Achievement of Quota, Revenue Generation, Retention, and Closing Ratio goals 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills as well as the enthusiasm needed to champion products and the firm
  • Enhance our positive and supportive work environment, and engage in weekly team  meetings and offer valuable feedback that helps strengthen the team

Compensation / Hours / Perks of being on the Team:

  • Compensation base of $20 per hour, plus regular performance incentive pay paid monthly Overall yearly earning potential range: up to double base pay, plus  
  • Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vacation, Paid Time Off, Simple IRA Retirement  Account with Employer Match Contributions

Human Resources

Position:

ELG Estate Planning is seeking a Human Resources Manager, an instrumental and integral role in supporting the firm’s rapid growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in HR. Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in HR and SPHR/PHR a plus. Law firm experience not required.

Human Resources Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all aspects of attorney and non-attorney hiring
  • Implement KPIs for all positions
  • Team Trainings
  • Promote a positive culture of growth and empowerment
  • Legal compliance

Qualifications: 

  • Skilled multi-tasker committed to consistently meeting deadlines

Compensation: 

  • This is an exempt, full-time position
  • Compensation range dependent upon experience and performance: $60,000 to $100,000

Contract Attorney - Seattle

Position:

ELG Estate Planning is looking for a talented, hardworking, and motivated Estate Planning and Elder Law attorney to provide contract legal services for our Seattle office.

The contract attorney will be an integral part of the new Seattle office. Duties include:

  • Conducting the Legal Strategy Meeting in the Seattle office with the firm’s clients living in the Puget Sound to prepare the individualized Estate Plan 
  • Working remotely with the ELG team to prepare all legal documents
  • Attending requested in-person client meetings and conducting the Estate Planning signings in the Seattle office
  • Responding to client questions and providing guidance

Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience in Estate Planning, Trusts & Estates, and Probate & Trust Administration. Elder Law and Medicaid expertise not required. Business and Real Estate experience not required, but a plus.

Additionally, the contract attorney will:

  • Fit with the firm culture of the pursuit of excellence and dedication to growth
