Spokane is the headquarters of ELG Estate Planning, with additional offices in the Tri-Cities and a satellite office in Seattle. We are hiring for our Spokane office.
Qualifications:
- Two years’ experience as a paralegal in Trusts, Estates and Probate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent proof-reading skills and attention to detail

Compensation:
- Annual: $55,000 to $75,000
- Employees can enroll in the firm’s health insurance, dental insurance, and Simple IRA Retirement Account with a 3% employer match

Senior Associate Attorney - Spokane

Qualifications:
Seven to Ten+ years’ experience in Estate Planning, Tax, Probate and Trust Administration, Business and Real Estate. Elder Law and Medicaid experience not required, but a plus. Washington license required. Idaho license a plus.

Sales Consultant - Tri-CIties
ELG Estate Planning, a well-established and preeminent Estate Planning and Elder Law firm in Tri-Cities is expanding its sales team. We are looking for a rock-star Sales Consultant for our Spokane or Tri-Cities office!
Are you seeking a sales position that allows you to earn a good income and benefits while also having your weekends and evenings free? Do you enjoy knowing that the work you do makes a real difference in the lives of your clients? If so, read on.
This is an inside sales job at its core where you are the point person meeting with potential new clients and beginning their relationship with the firm. The role requires sensitivity to private, personal, and financial information, the ability to help potential clients understand their needs, and the skill to sell the firm’s services that meet those needs.
Job Functions
- Following up on company-generated warm leads
- Meeting with potential new clients to assess needs and find solutions
- Closing by obtaining signed fee agreements
- Following up on potential new clients
- Working knowledge and experience with CRM systems – we use Hubspot
- Enhance our positive and supportive work environment
Your Qualifications
- Knowledge of the legal field not needed. The ideal candidate will have:
- A 3-to-5-year record of success in a complimentary sales profession, such as an insurance agent, private client banker, relationship manager, automotive sales, business development roles, portfolio manager, or any sales role that is based around a consultative sales process and approach
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, revenue generation, retention, and closing goals
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as the enthusiasm needed to champion the firm and its services
- A bachelor’s degree
- Passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives
We Support Your Success
- This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch. No weekends!

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage of $22-$25 per hour, plus incentive pay for client services on new matters, paid monthly
- Annual earning potential range: $45,760 – $85,000
- Employees can enroll in the Firm’s health insurance, dental insurance, and Simple IRA Retirement Account with a 3% employer match
- Employees also receive two weeks annual vacation, Washington paid sick and safety leave, plus enjoy 9 paid holidays per year
