A MESSAGE FROM ELDER LAW GROUP TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS AND FRIENDS OF THE FIRM
By ELG Estate Planning on March 16th, 2020 in Articles, News
The health and safety of our clients, staff, and community are our number one concern.
The coronavirus and measures enacted to prevent its spread have impacted all our lives, and understandably heightened fears. We want you to know we are here to serve you in a responsible way, continuing to provide critically important Asset Protection Estate Planning™ services to make sure your affairs are in order.
Our top priority is and always will be the well-being of our clients, team, and community. Here are a few ways that Elder Law Group is taking proactive measures to minimize the risk of infection.
- Our office is disinfecting high-touch surfaces throughout both of our locations twice daily. Our conference rooms are disinfected between each client appointment.
- We have implemented “Social Distancing” in our offices per CDC guidelines.
- Our staff members have been briefed on symptoms of COVID-19 with strict instructions to stay home if showing signs of cold symptoms, flu-like symptoms or fever.
- We are adjusting our appointments to accommodate our client’s needs. Upon request, appointments are being conducted virtually, over the phone or computer, for those clients who are concerned about coming into the office.
We remain committed to being a resource for our community, including offering information through presentations and seminars. Currently, we are moving to a webinar-based format to respect limitations on group gatherings. Follow our Facebook here and keep visiting our website for the latest updates on online webinars.
With new developments every day staying informed is more critical than ever. Be sure to follow your public health officials and local authorities as well as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for updated guidelines on safety.
We will get through these challenging times together. Please contact us with any questions or suggestions at team@elgwa.com. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Elder Law Group
